Seems like I'm coincidentally always up for these at the end of the month. I don't mind it, that's just an observation. Yet again, a month feels like no time at all but also an eternity. We had a nice birthday, had a good time visiting family on the Easter break, made a lot of progress in how we want to stream, and experienced personal growth. Despite that, it feels like there's so much more we want to do. That's life, I guess. We don't really like to talk about our actual life here much. Not in specifics outside ourselves, anyway, but visiting some farther away relatives has become cherished for us. We sprang for the hotel room this time and it was worth it, rather than having to accept less ideal bedspace. Being able to sleep and relax and be at the right temperature is so important for us.

On the stream front, the idea of randomly selecting games with a wheel came to us at one point, since we love working from a big game pile. Was kind of an obvious thing to do, really. How best to use it is still being worked out.

Our personal projects were a little bit derailed by all these other obligations, but that isn't a major problem. We're very limited in our time to work on things, but we will slowly manage. Mira has taken their writing into the realm of messing with renpy and making a little game, with Viper thinking about doing some drawing for it. This is a tough project to finish but its worth having ambition. The peoject is very much pornographic but we'll probably have to put it on here if they're satisfied with the results.

Viper himself wants to dabble in drawing and visual arts, but he's been concentrating on working on VR models for us. Nothing custom-made but he has some ideas about recoloring and adding props now. I'm pretty proud of his progress, but I do wish we could find something so that he could make one for me!

As for me, I've been all over the place, not satisfied with anything. In the past, we've tried to learn synths and make music but not very seriously. I've been looking at some tutorials for that and generally learning a lot, but we'll see what comes of it. If I could really master my thoughtful moods, maybe I could write poetry some more. In short, I don't feel very tied down at the moment, but I have hope. When any of us feel like it, we've been working on more stories and fiction for the site, so there's always that.

Another priority has been to spend more time on non-gaming things like movies and TV and especially books. We've had a little bit of success there, jumping more regularly on working our way through War and Peace. We also had the opportunity to watch, of all movies, Lawrence of Arabia. Extravagant film. 4 hours long. Has an intermission in the middle. I love that movies used to look good though, many years ago. They used to take cameras to places and film them. Anyway, hopefully we get to keep working on that. Maybe we start an account on letterboxd and use obsessive logging habits to help.

We got more art this month, but I think all of it is a little racy, even though it's mainly cuddling. Especially me getting to do the cuddling...
