Ah, I get to do this thing for June.

Well, heading into July means another attempt at July being July Month after last year's was REAL BAD. This June had it's problems, too, as our gut issues flared up for some reason. Probably we've been too lax in taking our meds and paid the price. We're recovering, though. It means we had a bad week, mainly. Only stopped one of our streams.

Speaking of which, we got into some Turbografx stuff, and that was fun. There are a lot of cool and fascinating games on that console. Like Ai Cho Aniki. Got a little sidetracked by the sickness but we'll do more from it at some point. Top most brain-taking-over game is Shingen Takeda, a JP only brawler that sucks and is widely considered among the worst games on the console. It's not even so weird that I'd call it a must-see, it just took root in our thoughts. That's how it goes sometimes.

Mostly completed an FFV Four Job Fiesta run on stream. We'll finish it soon, but as of this writing, we got distracted by the medical stuff and it suffered. Love the game, but I dunno how we feel about doing RPGs on stream. Rather, we tend to worry its boring or too long or whatever. Still, I think we'll try it out again as an idea eventually. Quest 64 followed immediately by a different RPG was just coincidence, so we'll give it some time and see when another similar game feels right.

Trinket was onstream for the first time, though not on ours. Rather it popped in to play some games with pal Lolo. Specifically Toy Fighter, as is appropriate. She did good! Seems like things will go well in the future.

God, this month feels both incredibly short and incredibly long. Did we get affiliate this month or was that last month? Fuck dude, writing these things end of month is hard.

Well, also, I feel like July and Mira are having longer turns lately. Getting close to three days. Mine haven't extended nearly as much, but it is what it is. Mira has been less interested in their personal projects, I think partly for mood reasons, but I've been more enjoying playing around with stream and VR Chat things. I just like making presents for my compatriots. The lowpoly 3D Mira model is going to be a long term thing to pick at getting into VR, but it's actually usable right now in an incomplete way which is very fun. Still, the call to write more fiction is very strong and I think we'll be focusing on it pretty hard for now.
